About Me
My Story
Growing up an Indo-Can-American household led me to have a profound appreciation for food, as it was often the way my family and I connected to those around us. This, compounded by the medical background I was exposed to, led me to have an interest in equitable food access, prevention of disease through dietary measures, and community health.I recieved my Master's of Public Health (MPH) from New York University studying exactly that, and am a Registered Dietitian, focused on making my mark on those around me through evidenced-based health communication. I individualize my approach with each client to be tailored to their needs and cultural background.
